Standard shipping costs A$20.00 AUD for orders below A$100.00 product value. Standard shipping is free from A$100.00 product value. Delivery availability depends on the destination selected during checkout. Customers must ensure that receiving the products is lawful at their location.

Dispatch and sourcing

Dispatch arrangements depend on the breeder or manufacturer ordered. Products may need to be sourced internationally through intermediaries and are not necessarily held in Australia. A European or American brand does not necessarily mean that the parcel is dispatched from Europe or the United States.

Discreet packaging

Orders are prepared in neutral, secure outer packaging without product descriptions on the outside.

Delivery estimates

There is no single delivery time for all brands. Delivery may take 5 to 10 working days, depending on the manufacturer and shipping route. Delivery also depends on sourcing through any intermediaries and the delivery destination. Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and payment confirmation. Carrier delays, remote destinations, public holidays, and customs can extend delivery times.

Where tracking is available, details are sent after dispatch. Customers should check their full name and delivery address carefully before submitting an order.
