These terms apply to purchases made through the AU Seeds online store.
Products and local laws
Seeds are offered as collectable products. Customers are responsible for checking and complying with the laws that apply in their state, territory, and delivery location before ordering or using any product.
Orders
Product listings are invitations to place an order. An order is accepted only when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may contact you if stock, pricing, address, or payment details require clarification.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in AUD. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Card or cryptocurrency payment instructions may be sent separately after an order review.
Delivery
Standard shipping costs A$20.00 AUD for orders below A$100.00 product value. Standard shipping is free from A$100.00 product value. Dispatch arrangements and delivery times depend on the breeder or manufacturer ordered and any intermediaries involved. Delivery may take 5 to 10 working days, depending on the manufacturer and shipping route. A brand’s country of origin does not necessarily identify the country of dispatch, and products are not necessarily held in Australia. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Natural products can vary, and packaging or visual appearance may differ from website images.
